If you are not happy with your web purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 10 days from date shipped for a refund or exchange, less shipping costs. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.  Merchandise that does not meet these requirements or that is returned after 10 days will not be accepted. SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS, swimwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged. They are FINAL SALE.

how to return / exchange your web purchase

Please email us at returns@elizabeth-charles.com with your order number and the reason for your return and we will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please write this RA# on the outside of the box and on top of your receipt.

Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card, or apply the amount from your return to your new order/exchange. You will receive an e-mail once your refund/exchange has been processed and the new shipment tracking number (if appropriate).
You may use the delivery service of your choice, however, we suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and request “Return Signature Required”  as we cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive.
